Privacy
This page explains what the Medical Repair Network directory sign-up collects and what we do with it. The directory is run with Total Service Pro (RepairPlanet), and sign-ups are stored in the Total Service Pro database.
What you give us
- Step 1: company name, company type, contact email, and optionally state and ZIP code.
- Step 2 (optional): contact name, phone numbers, website, address, the equipment and brands you work with, your coverage area, company size, and a short description.
What we use it for
- To review your registration and, if approved, list your company in the directory. Listing details (such as company name, type, location, website, phone, brands, modalities and coverage) are shown to directory users once a listing is approved.
- To email you about your listing, for example to confirm it is live or to let you manage it.
The site has no advertising or analytics.
Technical data
- Network address: to limit abuse, the sign-up service stores a one-way keyed hash of your IP address, never the address itself. The hash is kept in a rate-limit log for one day and is also saved with your registration so reviewers can spot repeated sign-ups.
- Form check: each form load gets a one-time code so it can be submitted only once; used codes are kept for about three hours.
- Browser storage: between step 1 and step 2 your browser keeps your step-1 answers and a short-lived token in session storage for up to an hour. The site sets no cookies of its own.
- Bot check: the form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. When it does, Cloudflare processes data from your browser under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
